 Robin brings over 26 years of expertise in the occupational health and safety industry. She has an extensive background managing substance use prevention and DOT compliance programs, including a role spanning over seven years as the manager of a global substance prevention program and DOT compliance for a major oil and gas operator. In this capacity, she oversaw workplace drug testing, contractor compliance, and DOT regulatory adherence across PHMSA, USCG, FAA, and FMCSA.

Prior to this role, Robin managed fitness-for-duty programs, encompassing medical surveillance, drug and alcohol testing, ergonomics, employee wellness initiatives, and OSHA compliance. Her experience also includes emergency response, incident investigation, occupational health programs, and field safety operations. Additionally, Robin served as a DOT Officer for the State of Utah and as a DOT/HR Manager for a leading oil and gas service company.

Robin is actively involved in industry leadership, currently serving as the 2025 Board Secretary for the Substance Abuse Program Administrators Association (SAPAA) and previously serving two terms on its Board of Directors. She also contributes her expertise through participation on various committees for both SAPAA and the National Drug and Alcohol Screening Association (NDASA).

Robin is deeply passionate about the substance abuse and safety industries. She firmly believes that everyone makes mistakes, but those mistakes should not define their future.
